The students at Cayuga Heights are thrilled to present Matilda Jr., a musical adaptation of the book by the famous children’s author Roald Dahl. This year’s production is particularly exciting as it will be the very first theatrical performance in the new auditorium, recently constructed at Cayuga Heights.
The cast of 55 students drawn from third, fourth and fifth grades, have put in long hours before and after school as they have taken on the challenge of this particularly difficult musical work. They are excited to share this brilliant children’s story with you as they bring the creative imagination and magical genius of Matilda to life in four performances!
It will be a rollicking evening full of music, mischief, and mystery as we embark on a fascinating journey into the indomitable spirit of childhood. We hope to see you there!
