2024-2025 BUDGET
Shall the following resolution be adopted? $54,175,352
RESOLVED, that the budget for the Depew Union Free School District, Erie County, New York, for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025 as presented by the Board of Education, is hereby approved and adopted and the required funds therefore are hereby appropriated and the necessary real property taxes required shall be raised by a tax on the taxable property in said District to be levied and collected as required by law.

EXPENDITURE FROM VEHICLE PURCHASE RESERVE FUND
RESOLVED, the Board of Education of the Depew Union Free School District (“District”) be authorized to expend up to Seven hundred forty nine thousand seventy-five dollars ($749,075) from the District’s Vehicle and Equipment Reserve Fund, 2016 to fund the purchase price: three (3) 66 passenger buses and one (1) 59 passenger with three wheelchair spaces to be used in the transportation program of the District?
