Cayuga Heights Elementary does their part to help save the lives of children all across the country. Each year, Cayuga Heights participates in the American Heart Association's “Kids Heart Challenge.” The Kids Heart Challenge is a fun and exciting event where students learn about their hearts while helping others by raising money for the American Heart Association. Every dollar raised goes directly to the American Heart Association to assist those in need with heart conditions. This years Kid Heart Challenge event kicks off on February 2, with a fundraising goal of $10,000. As a thank you to those students who help raise money for this wonderful cause, students will receive cool “thank you gifts” from the American Heart Association.
