On Monday, December 12, and Tuesday, December 13, 3rd and 4th grade students had the opportunity to participate in the Buffalo Sabres Students of the Game program. Designed to help implement Floor Hockey into the PE curriculum, it also aims to energize a new generation of Sabres fans! Representatives from the Sabres organization led participating students through a variety of Floor Hockey drills, activities and games during each 40 minute session.

For their participation, each student received a Student of the Game t-shirt, a sticker, a schedule magnet and one free ticket to an upcoming Sabres game. In addition, the Cayuga Heights PE Department will also receive a full set of floor hockey sticks, street hockey balls and pop-up goals. GO SABRES!
