PROPOSITION NO. 1: 2023-2024 BUDGET
Shall the following resolution be adopted? 51,542,003
RESOLVED, that the budget for the Depew Union Free School District, Erie County, New York, for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024 as presented by the Board of Education, is hereby approved and adopted and the required funds therefore are hereby appropriated and the necessary real property taxes required shall be raised by a tax on the taxable property in said District to be levied and collected as required by law.

PROPOSITION NO. 2: EXPENDITURE FROM VEHICLE PURCHASE RESERVE FUND
Shall the following resolution be adopted?
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Depew Union Free School District (“District”) be authorized to expend up to six hundred twenty-nine thousand three hundred three dollars ($629,303) from the District’s Vehicle and Equipment Reserve Fund, 2016 to fund the purchase of: three (3) 65 passenger buses and one (1) 30 passenger bus to be used in the transportation program of the District?

PROPOSITION NO. 3 : PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTIES
Shall the following resolution be adopted?
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education (the “Board”) of the Depew Union Free School District, Erie County, New York (the “District”) is hereby authorized to purchase parcels of real property commonly known as 0 Giele Avenue, (SBL No. 115.05-2-16); 0 Giele Avenue, (SBL No. 115.05-2-17); 0 Woodlawn Avenue, (SBL No. 115.05-2-18); 0 Monroe Street, (SBL No. 115.05-2-19); and 0 Monroe Street, (SBL No. 115.05-2-20) for the price of $25,000, subject to certain conditions set forth in the purchase contract between the parties, and upon such other terms and conditions as the Board shall deem appropriate, with such expenditures to be made from available funds of the District, without the necessity of borrowing.
RESOLVED, that an Environmental Assessment Form has been completed for the purchase of properties that is the subject of Proposition No. 3 above, which is an Unlisted action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”), a thorough review of such potential environmental impacts for the purchase of properties has been undertaken, it has been found that such purchase of properties will not result in a significant adverse impact on the environment, and a reasoned elaboration of the SEQRA review and findings has been provided in a Negative Declaration.

PROPOSITION NO. 4: EX OFFICIO STUDENT MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
Shall the following be adopted?
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Depew Union Free School District is hereby authorized to have a student attending high school within the District serve as an ex officio student member of the Board of Education; such ex officio student member being entitled to sit with Board of Education members at all public meetings of the Board of Education and participate in all Board of Education hearings and meetings, but not vote, attend executive session, and/or be entitled to receive compensation of any form for participating at Board of Education meetings; and
